Hey there guys !!!

I`m relatively new when it comes to OC and benchmarking.

I hope this question is not a stupid one, but here goes:

More or less, what should the score on 3DMark06 Basic Edition be on a -

(a) Basic gaming Rig
(b) Good gaming Rig
(c) Excellent gaming Rig

I need to know this in order to determine whether a hardware upgrade is needed.

Your views and hitns/tips please.

Depends on the time hey. Quads, overclocked with overclocked high end cards make up to 16k, a 79gt with a mediocre cpu might make 5. Basically, anything over 10 is good.
