Can anyone recommend what the best software is that I can download to moitor CPU and NB temps from inside Vista and not have to boot into Bios?

Something simple, yet reliable, freeware or reasonably priced payware.

Thanks!

Speedfan. It's great plus if you have a G15 you can get software to keep track of the temps in a game :)

OK, downloaded Speedfan.

It lists the CPU core temps x 4 and also 3 other temps, one of which is -2 (minus 2). I guess that sensor is non exisitant on my Mobo but how do i know what the remaining two temps are refering too - Northbridge and something else? temps are about 47/39 for these two strangers.

Also i notice that Speedfan does not display by CPU voltage correctly - it shows the default voltage, not my slightly upped for o/clocking voltage?

I think that's stock CPU voltage but use CPU-z to gauge o/c'ed reading.

use cpu-z to see clock speeds, gpu-z to check gfx clocks and hwmonitor to watch temps.... i have been usin all three for months now....
