Reason why I'm asking that I might be sinking my teeth onto it this year, but I want some comments on it also. And where better to ask this then here?

it's called sales-speak and its a clear warning sign that you're about to be ripped...

never mind the fact that 'agile development', apart from being the trendy new catch phrase, is just another way of saying 'bugware manufacturing process'.
