Dae fixed the ring of death thing on this console didnt he? A few months ago if I remember correctly... or was it on another machine?

i know very little about the ring, just that its not good to get.

I think any red ring is bad to get

I think dea did fix it , and he wrote up a little procedure

Well, that's not actually possible now, i can only get Blue ring of death

But that's not likely either. As Dean says, this console is one of the dead ones i bought for 100 bucks and then fixed, and then modded

Obviously i'm not going to do this sort of thing for a couple hundred bucks, keep that in mind

DAE, ive pm'd you regarding some modding advice on my 360. I'm considering a full scale mod on my elite.

and yes ill start my own thread once i have all the answers and materials i need.
