I would like to nominate myself! Err, maybe not.

As the Jedi Master of the board I would like to nominate the following people as moderators :

fishzn, kronos, synkronos, ruadrauflessa and jee - they seem to be level headed and rational most of the time

There might be a few more, I'll post them when I think of them

I nominate SnowMonkey - he's always on the site (He may look like a bit of a dodgy ou! But I think he'll do a good job! )

snowmonkey and thrall are good nominations too, I'll second those.

If Lance and Rua have the time I think they will make good moderators.
I also second (or is it third) Thrall, and think Madgic is a good one to have around.

And Of Course, the Great Cameron should be a moderator!

Thrall (We'd all have security problems if it wasn't for thrall)

These would be perfect moderators, especially if we exploit their trademark characteristics and make em mod in specific regions!

Personally I would see Thrall as my only choice as a moderator.

The guy is just plainly brilliant. He can almost post about anything and give a completely neutral assesment of the situation or information provided. Although me might not be ontop of everyones list but at least he is on everyones list.

I know I don't mainly cuz I don't have the time. Although I have to thank those that did put my name up there.

I have to agree with Ruad...
When I saw the topic, the first person I thought to nominate was Thrall.

Erm, yeah, I'll vote for myself too... I'd feel most at home modding Hardware, Software, Security, HTML, ASP or Programming, but whatever really

Everybody has good and bad days; I have never had a run in with anybody on this forum that was not resolved almost immediately. I have received help from many people, always with courtesy and good advice. To cap it all very little needs to be moderated on our forums, the occasional bad apple from Nag and a few like Eminem (remember him?) probably does require monitoring, nothing over zealous though! All this makes it difficult to choose without creating offence!

I too would go for Madgic but I know she is under pressure right now and she moaned so much about moderating the Ward that I don't think she wants it.
Worst of all I have probably missed out some really good people and apologise to them right now. But I would exclude both Tammy and Cammy as they automatically have all admin rights anyway and it would take a little responsibility away from them. You know, to learn how to drive and also to negotiate potholed terrain!
