Hey guys

I'm looking for (in your opinion) the best 12cm fans.

Must be fairly silent, must have brilliant air flow. Preferably black, I find that the LED fans tend to be louder than the normal black fans. Also if I wanted LEDs I'd just buy cold cathode tubes.
