Anime was cut short at 26x episodes. Sincerely hope they make another series.

Manga thusfar 75x chapters, still ongoing, not done by a long shot.

Not really no, I'm not a major manga fan, I simply read-up on shows I know are either ongoing or have been cut short.

Though I will however admit, all the manga I've thus read turned out better than their animated counterparts.

If you've not read Chrono Crusade, Berserk or Elfen Lied yet you can get that.

wow....started watching Claymore and its really awsome.

Episode 5, beginning of the main story, enjoy.

Grab the manga and start reading from chapter 59, The Invasion Of Pieta # 3 onwards after the show, It differs from the anime thereon out. The rest is the same.

The manga in most cases are always better than the anime due to the difference in formats sucks that it is like that tho.

Extra scenes referred to but not showcased in the original plot.

Chapter 1 : Digs a little deeper into Teresa's past by showing us her true power in her fight with a fellow number 2 Claymore.

Chapter 2 : Better explains the actual scene in which Miria unknowingly killed her then awakened best friend.

Chapter 3 : Shows the actual fights between Rigaldo, Isley and Priscilla. The recent manga also recently revealed the true victor of this fight.

Chapter 4 : Digs a little deeper into Clare's early training days.
