Well, I'll have to brainstorm this whole led thing, coz I will be covering the HDD and the PCB board with black mesh. So the space in the enclosure is very small. I will also only install it AFTER I have done the mesh, because I'll need to do some measurements.

So just be patient... Just quickly, I want to know if anybody can find UV LED's for less than R40.

DR - Why not also put the LED's under the mesh? The you only get the lighting oozing through the mesh up to the window?

That is a good idea. But like I said, I will be doing some huge brainstorming first.

Since you are in Pta, why not try Communica? they are just off Samrand rd in Midrand. Just a word of warning...they close their doors between 1 and 2pm. Well worth a visit imo.

There is (was??) a Zakspeed in Woodmead, JHB. Its in the Woodmead Value Centre, close to HiFi Corp.
