MCSD Exams - Where to go?

Hello everyone,
Im looking for places to take the MCSD exams, that are Microsoft ceritifed. I live in the Joburg area, Sandton Randburg. Can anyone please tell me where I can go to take the exams? Im doing the self teaching method (As I have been developing for a few years)...so just need a place to write the exams. Tried getting info off Microsofts website...but had no luck...
