I like the idea for the grill, I just find that with having holes like that it creates a lot of noise from the fans pulling/pushing the air in/out though the holes... Anyone else experienced that? or is it just me?

meh it was quick and easy, i didnt even sand the edges... will do a MUCH better job next time!...
yea Vampyre_2099 it did seem abonormaly noisy... but with fans @ 6v wasnt to bad...
