Puppy decapitated with chainsaw

Post by SilverBack »

Hi All,

Got this via email...Im on facebook and have signed my name already. Who knows if it will work, worth a try though.

Sorry for the spam effect but I am trying to get 2500 signatures to submit to the prosecuting attorney who is handling a case in which a Delmas man cut off his 4 month old pet husky's head with a chain-saw, because it bit his parrot and killed it.

Please visit http://www.ecosystem.co.za/HuskyJustice.asp and sign your name - I will be delivering the petition to the prosecutor on the day before the court case is heard (24 July 2007).

You can also check out the Husky Justice group at http://www.facebook.com. It's imperative you forward this email to friends and convince them to sign the petition - without public pressure this lunatic will walk free since it's his first offense.

To those of you with pets of your own, can you imagine doing something like this to an animal which loves you like our pets do??? I can't, which is why with your help, I can help ensure he gets the maximum 3 years prison time.

Remember, http://www.ecosystem..co.za/HuskyJustice.asp - it'll take 1 minute and your help will mean that poor husky did not die in vain!

Thanks,
Deja Moo: The feeling that you've heard this bull before.

That is plain wrong. My husky killed my African Grey who lived with us for 12 years but we did not kill him. How do you explain to a dog that it is wrong? It is their nature. It is like trying to stop cats killing mice or your pet hamster (which my cat did do *sobs*)

LOL!

What makes him a cut above the usual internet tough guy is that he has not threatened to cause any physical injury himself, he will outsource the toughness to "family and friends".

Kudo's to those of you who just signed the petition and got on with your lives.

It's like landing on Mars, then eating a cheeseburger, then being zapped because you had no idea Martians actually keep cheeseburgers as pets.

Ok... That is just sick if you feel joy that the guy died...

No matter how cruel he may have been, do you equal the life of a pet with that of a human life? How should this mans family feel? They lost someone close to them. Imagine your child did something cruel and then died? You would smile and be happy, or be devastated??

Its because there is no love in this world anymore that things are as it is... Come on people... Learn to forgive / to live and let live...

As much as there is a feeling of 'justice' in it all, my heart really goes out to this dudes family and friends...

Quoted from chez's link:
Matthysen caused an uproar in June when Beeld reported that he'd used a chainsaw to behead his still-living Siberian husky.
How can a decapitated dog still live??? Impossible, or am I understanding the sentence wrong here?

MIA - He used the chainsaw on a still living dog... He took on the process whilst the dog was still breathing and trying to get away... Thus it felt the pain whilst he was being cut... After decapitation it was dead...

I'm not feeling joy, but I sure as hell don't feel one bit of sympathy for him.
"Imagine your child did something cruel and then died" - I have normal people in my life..nobody I know would ever do something so sick. The wheel turned swiftly as far as I'm concerned.

Again - What about all his family members that were not cruel? They suffer a lot now and they had no choice...

If you dont feel for him, feel for those around him...

The dog made him 'angry'!! Next time it could have been his kid - or someone else's child!
