Man, I made the mistake of listening to 5FM yesterday afternoon on Nicole Fox's show and she played the new Britney song... what can I say - where everyone else seems to be getting better, she's actually getting WORSE! Funnily Nicole Fox thought it was a "fab tune"...

Well my vote for worst song on radio goes to Britney's new song... horrible horrible horrible...

"perfect" by a simple plan....

could they be any more cheesy, dull and predictable?

My word, what a horrible song. Britney and Madonna start off the song in horrible voice [ that are supposed to sound sexy ] and goes onto some sort of screeching near the end.

Yeah I'm not crazy about Nicole Fox either - and she has the most annoying laugh...

I haven't listened to 5fm in like a month, been catching up on my LIVE lyrics before the concert , but I know that Nicole sucks and her boyfriend Gareth Cliff is no better. Now that Mark Pilgrim has left the only DJ's worth listening to are Sasha Martinengo and Ian F, but Sasha plays crap dance music mostly. At least he is a LIVE fan.

As for the crapest song, I'll go with OnlyOne's suggestion. I have only seen it on MTV though. At least there you got something to look at to take your mind off the monotonous noise.

I only realized how annoying her laugh was yesturday... AHHHHHHH!!!!

I only listen to the radio while driving and it's generally ECR here in Durbs, coz my best mate produces the Rush Hour Ride. As for most annoying song that popstars crap makes me change the station faster than you can say 5FM!

Miss Spears sounds like shes on acid or something, their voices and music style don't mix

As for the worse song I would have to say that one from R Kelly Toia Toia,
it irritates the shyte out of me.
Realy dig the new song from Outtkast, think it was on the Charlies Angels soundtrack.
At least Nicole is something to look at she should become a VJ!

12 disc shuttle in car
shoutcast streaming audio in the office
lots of music at home.

no need for radio stations. never mind the music the constant adverts are also a pain.

Serously, nothing gets me more agrivated than MJs "Rock My World", or Bon Jovis "Its My Life", or this new Britney/madonna horror show, or Justin Timberfake, or any other talentless, studio-modified "pop-idol".

I feel like putting all those record company execs in a room and making them continoulsy listen to the **** they are pushing! We'll see how long their sanity lasts!

DAMN IT! JUST THINKING THIS STUFF MAKES ME FEEL LIKE TEARING SOMEONES JUGULAR OUT WITH MY TEETH!

ps. I used to perv Nicole back at Uni, but lackey DJs who bend to the record companies should also f-off.

In fact, all south african radios stations suck dry toast !

At work we have the luxury of a stable net line, so we listen to some of the Itunes radio stations - much better.

Or we bring in our CD collections and rip um into the mp3 archive we have - cool stuff.

Radio is dying - the sooner the better imho.

Radio does one good thing. It let's you know about the new songs out there. Then it does a bad thing, by playing the damn thing 20 times a day.

I ONLY listen to chart shows, and then only to hear what's out there.

Yeah if not for radio I would never have discovered Linkin Park or Evanescence, or dozens of other bands that I like! Let just hope that 5FM doesn't get rid of Barney Simon, they seem to be getting rid of all the "older" DJ's... first it was Alex Jay, then Darren Scott, and now Mark Pilgrim... Barney is the only oldie left. They already reduced his daily show to a weekly one they have to keep Barney!!

Yeah Barney's cool and the kids love him. It must be that dinosaur outfit. Oh to be a dinosaur... 8O

I like DTB`s show.
The only reason being the guest DJ`s.
Last weekend Paul van Dyk played a wicked hour long set live.

Can`t wait to hear him play again on the 6th December at Vodaworld.

Sorry guys, Barney Simon is not cool.

Mark Pilgrim was my fav DJ, but they booted him out. So Gareth Cliff has to be next in line.

At least Barney doesn't play doef doef doef all the time... unlike all the other DJ's at 5FM... Mark Pilgrim was cool because he alternated different styles, but now he's gone.

Gareth Cliff is ok... but some days he just irritates me to no end.

A bit of both. The music he plays is a bit on the heavy side. I prefer the music Mark Pilgrim used to play. Good rock music.
