If it wouldn't be able to fit two cards why would they bother to add 2 slots? ;)

There's a REASON why it's an SLI Shuttle, by the way

Don't underestimate the shuttle, my son :P

Here are two 7800GTs in this same machine!

At this point, i had my XP4000 Mushkin RAM, FX 60, and these two 7800GTs in my shuttle. Sheesh it was fast 8O

please tell me its WC, i wouldn't trust air to cool the GPU's in such a small enclosure.

If you read the thread you'll notice the WATERBLOCKS, PUMPS, RADIATORS, etc etc etc...

Nevertheless, the temps were fine even on air when i was running that setup.

Awesome update.

Suggestion. You only need the top 5-10mm of thread on the bolts that holds the H-bracket. Why not take the bolts in to a workshop and shave the thread off the visible part and buff it smooth and shiny? Will add to detail, even though it wont be too visible.

Just call 555-UNBELIEVABLE or email i_need_sanding@now.com and he will send you a quote.

That's a great idea! But i'm not gonna do that. You said "It wont be very visible" - well, it wont be visible at ALL. lol. There will be a black motherboard cover, so even these SEXY block mountings i made will never be seen, unfortunately.

(it's okay though, the board cover is even sexier!)

The other reason why I thought that would be a good idea, is because the thread creates a nice foothold for dust to settle in. Any dust foot-and-hand-holds, especially in a small factor PC, should be limited to the minimum.

In the end it wont make a uge diff. :-P

he could do something even easier. mark off where the nuts reach, then slide on some heatshrink, that way there is no place for dust to land.

possibly... however, if you leave just a fraction of a mm open, it will actually collect MORE dust, and now you cant get rid of it either.
