Charles Mader is a registered sex offender, so he must notify Albuquerque authorities within ten days if he moves.

In 2000, he was convicted for trying to rape a six-year-old boy.

When he was released from jail he had nowhere else to go, so he listed the dumpster on 8th and Central as his place of residence.

Deputies from Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office began searching for him on Monday, when they realised Mader had been absent from the bin for more than ten days.

They said they were particularly concerned because they had received reports saying he had been 'checking out' young children, according to News 4...........

Police: Allentown exposer found with child porn taped to walls, bed

A 61-year-old Allentown man arrested for exposing himself in front of a child Tuesday faces even more charges after police found child pornography inside his apartment, according to court records.

Police were dispatched at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday on a report of an exposure in progress at 20 S. Madison St., according to court records. When police arrived, they found John M. Kohler, who lives in the building, lying on his back on the porch, according to court records.

Officers asked Kohler for identification, and he invited them inside his apartment to get it, according to court records. Inside, police found several photographs of child pornography, some taped to the walls of his apartment and the bed board of his bed, according to court records.

According to court records:

Police interviewed the victim of the exposure and she said she saw Kohler on the front porch masturbating to a child passing down the street.

Police interviewed Kohler at police headquarters and he admitted to exposing himself to the child outside his apartment.

Kohler also admitted to possessing several pictures, videos and files of child pornography in his apartment. Besides the child porn found taped to his walls and bed, Kohler had some stored in his computer and others on video tape and DVD.

Investigators said more than 50 images have been identified as child pornography.

Kohler was charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of indecent exposure and open lewdness. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Halal and sent to Lehigh County Prison under $750,000 bail.

Man whose mother ran a daycare busted on child porn charges

The Jefferson County District Attorney has filed child pornography charges against Cody Ryan Charlton, 31. Charlton lives with his mother and father at 1958 S. Van Gordon street in Lakewood. His mother runs a home daycare facility there.

When Lakewood police executed a search warrant , they found sexually graphic videos and still photos of children.

Charlton has posted $15,000 bond. His next court date is a preliminary hearing on May 26.

A north-German teen, known as Thessa, was planning her 16th birthday party. Like many of us, she decided to use Facebook to invite her pals. Unfortunately, Thessa's invite was sent not only to her connections, but to everyone as a public event.

Within a few hours, a staggering *15000* Facebook users had RSVPed for the Friday night party. That would put serious fear into any party organiser, let alone a soon-to-be sweet sixteen.

A cancellation notice was quickly fired out, but was ignored by the estimated 1500 people that showed up to her parents' home in Bramfeld, just north of Hamburg, Germany.

Thessa's parents reportedly hired a security firm to help them handle the expected masses. Also on hand were 100 police officers, some on horseback, to help keep the peace. They cordoned off the girl's home, but party goers danced, chanted and drank at its edge.

While no serious violence has been reported, some media reported that more "enthusiastic" partiers vandalised vehicles nearby and set fire to garbage bins and even a garden shed.

11 arrests were made. And the icing on the cake? Tessa didn't even get to enjoy any part of it, as she was hiding out at her grandparents' house.

Former teacher sexually assaulted students

ond was set at $1.5 million Tuesday for a west suburban woman charged with sexually assaulting four students for years while she was a teacher at a Northwest Side Christian school.

Elisa Martinelli, 34, of the 1500 block of South Raymond Drive in Naperville, was charged with four counts of criminal sexual assault, according to Chicago Police.

Her brother, Nelson Quintana Jr., 27, who also worked at the school, was charged with one count of criminal sexual abuse, police said.

Martinelli taught at Dayspring Christian Academy at 5133 W. Fullerton Ave. until March, Cook County State’s Attorney's office spokesman Andy COnklin said, citing court records.

She is accused of assaulting three girls and a boy several years ago while they were students and members of Dayspring Church next door, where Martinelli’s father, Nelson Quintana Sr., is pastor, court recrods show.

She plied the students with alcohol and performed sex acts on them in her home, in their homes or sometimes in her car, prosecutors allege, including having sexual intercourse with the boy for about a year while he was 15 and 16.

She also babysat him and his sister while their parents went out of town, Conklin said, citing court records.

Police said the crimes began in the late 1990s but were not reported until April of this year.

Judge Ramon Ocasio set bond at $1.5 million and set a preliminary hearing for June 27, Cnklin said.

Martinelli began in 1998 with a 15-year-old victim she had taught in 7th and 8th grade, prosecutors allege. What began as sexy stories allegedly escalated into full abuse of the girl, which lasted until 2001.

In 2003, when Martinelli was 26, she preyed on another 15-year-old girl and her brother while their parents were away, Conklin said, citing court records. That lasted until 2006.

Then she found a 14 year-old-girl who’d belonged to the church and was Martinelli’s student in 6th and 8th grades, prosecutors allege, and engaged in mutual sex acts with the girl until March 2007, when the teen’s family moved out of the area.

A third person was also questioned in connection with the case but was released without being charged.

Dayspring Academy is a private Baptist school with students from pre-K through grade 12, according to an online directory. Nelson Quintana Sr. is listed as principal.

A message left for him at the school was not immediately returned.

“Nobody is available,” said a woman who answered the school’s phone. “I can’t answer any questions, I’m sorry,” she said and hung up.

Tokyo: A 55-year-old jobless Japanese man has been arrested in Tokyo for having three schoolgirls spit out saliva and filming them in the process, police said today.

Toshihiko Mizuno was caught in Tokyo yesterday on suspicion of "habitual indecency," which carries a penalty of up to one year in jail or a fine of one million yen (USD12,400), the Metropolitan Police Department said.

Mizuno separately approached the three girls, aged nine and 10, in October and December last year outside apartment towers or in the street, saying: "I am doing research on saliva. Give me your saliva," an MPD spokesman said.

"He videotaped them as they spat out saliva. He also asked them to open their mouths and filmed their mouth interiors and tongues," the official said. "He has done so habitually to satisfy his sexual desire."

Media reports, quoting police sources, said that Mizuno had approached about 4,000 young girls and managed to collect saliva from about 500 of them over 17 years in Tokyo and neighbouring Saitama.

Police have found 26 videotapes at his home showing more than 200 girls, the Jiji and Kyodo news agencies said.

The MPD official could not confirm the media reports.

Teacher's aide arrested for allegedly having sex with boy, 13, in Palmdale classroom

A female teacher's aide was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old boy in an empty classroom at a Palmdale middle school.

Holly Polson, 35, was booked on suspicion of four felony counts of lewd acts with a child and was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

In interviews with investigators, the boy said he had sexual intercourse with Polson during the last two weeks at Shadow Hills Intermediate School, according to Sgt. Brian Hudson of the department's Special Victims Bureau.

Hudson told The Times that Polson had been tutoring the boy before and after school. Authorities were alerted after a relative allegedly discovered text messages from Polson on the boy's cellphone.

'Deeply embarrassed': 28-year-old private school teacher is accused of sexually molesting 14-year-old student

A 28-year-old private school teacher is facing up to three years in jail after being accused of sexually molesting one of her students.

Colette Phelps is said to be 'deeply embarrassed' by the charges, which came to light after school chiefs received a tip off.

Phelps is alleged to have molested a 14 year old boy, carrying out 'lewd and lascivious acts'.

Investigators believe the sexual relationship between Phelps and the student began on April 10 and continued until June 1.

Phelps, who has been a teacher at the private Stratford Middle School in San Jose, California, for five years, has been placed on an indefinite leave of absence, according to the school's founder, Sherry Adams.

Phelps' Facebook page says she is a specialty course teacher, graduated from Los Gatos High School in 2000 and studied music at Chapman University.

She lists her favourite 'sports' as shopping and fist pumping.

Phelps did not enter a plea when she appeared before a court to face two charges of lewd behaviour.

Her lawyer Steven Clark said she was 'deeply embarrassed' by the charges.

Mr Clark said he would present evidence that Phelps had a medical issue that could have played a part in the alleged abuse.

Woodstock man accused of trying to buy child online back to face charges

A Woodstock man accused of attempting to buy a 5-year-old online and then fleeing to Canada last year is now in custody at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, authorities said.

Patrick Molesti, a 58-year-old French national, faces charges of conspiracy to commit child molestation, 29 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, and four counts of theft by taking of a firearm. He has no bond.

Molesti was returned to Cherokee County by U.S. Marshals on Friday after more than a year in custody in Canada.

"We are pleased that Molesti has been extradited back to Cherokee County to stand trial for these charges. We appreciate the assistance of the Canadian authorities in capturing Molesti and the U.S. Marshals task force for transporting him back to Georgia," Sheriff Roger Garrison said in statement.

In March 2010, Cherokee investigators got a tip that Molesti was looking online for a 5-year-old boy to purchase, authorities told the AJC at the time. Deputies found child pornography on Molesti's computer and he left the country, a sheriff's office spokesman said.

Molesti was arrested on a bus in Thunder Bay, Ontario, on March 26, 2010 after investigators with the U.S. Marshals pinpointed his whereabouts and asked Canadian authorities for assistance.

Officials believe Molesti ultimately was trying to return to France.

US man charged with sexually abusing Haitian boys

A US man who ran a centre for impoverished boys in Haiti has been charged over claims that he forced them to perform sex acts for food and shelter, prosecutors have said.

Matthew Andrew Carter, who operated the Morning Star Center, has been charged with four counts of child sex tourism.

Investigators said the 66-year-old "preyed upon" impoverished boys and performed acts that "defy belief".

Mr Carter was arrested in Miami on 8 May and pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

Mr Carter, who also went by the names William Charles Harcourt and Bill Carter, had operated the Morning Star Center in Port-au-Prince since the mid-1990s and lived there with Haitian boys, according to court documents.

"The acts that the defendant is charged with committing, quite simply, defy belief," Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer said in a news release.

He added: "As charged in the indictment, he preyed upon and terrorized impoverished Haitian children who were in dire need of the services offered by the Morning Star Center - the very children he was purporting to help."

The facility was originally established to provide shelter, food and education to Haitian minors, court documents said.

Mr Carter is charged with four counts of child sex tourism, or travelling in foreign commerce to engage in illicit sex with minors.

The court documents claimed that Mr Carter had sex with at least eight boys, sometimes for years until they became adults and left the centre.

Carter also allegedly forced the boys to shower with him and asked them to perform sexual acts on him in his bedroom, according to a US investigator who interviewed several of the youths from the facility.

Prosecutors said those who agreed to his requests were given schooling, clothing, books, compact disc players and cash.

"This defendant preyed on innocent Haitian children living in severely depressed conditions, making his conduct particularly deplorable," said Attorney Wifredo Ferrer.

Mr Ferrer added that instead of using the facility to "provide sanctuary to needy children", the Michigan resident used the facility to "manipulate, abuse and sexually exploit them".

"Few crimes are as despicable as the ones committed against these children in Haiti," said Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Special Agent Director John Morton.

A public defender assigned to represent Mr Carter has not commented on the case.

If convicted, Mr Carter faces up to 105 years in prison.

A Queens special-education teacher was sentenced to 90 days in prison yesterday for her videotaped sex romps with a 15-year-old boy.

Christine Williams, 42, was a fifth-grade teacher at PS 80, the Thurgood Marshall Magnet School in Jamaica, until she admitted to Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter that she had sexual contact with the high-school freshman, who is a friend of her stepson.

"She knew exactly what she was doing with that boy under the age of 17 on the video," said prosecutor Jared Rosenblatt when Williams' attorney attempted to attribute her client's actions to psychiatric issues.

Queens DA Richard Brown said, "As a teacher and an adult, the defendant was in a position of power to know better.

"Children should be able to remain children."

Williams was arrested in April 2010 for videotaping the sexcapades in her Jamaica home on two occasions in January and February 2010, according to prosecutors. Her teaching license was terminated as a result.

"You are unfit to work with minors," the judge said yesterday after she declined to apologize for her actions.

"She has disgraced herself . . . The children deserve a better role model," the judge continued.

Williams pleaded guilty to statutory rape and will have to pay a $1,000 fine, serve 10 years' probation, enter a mental-health program, and register as a sex offender.
