In our koshuis at Stellenbosh Bridge was actually a spectator inter-section sport!

Cycling, was preparing for my 3rd Cape Argus Cycle Tour, but I've got measles atm so I won't be allowed to train any more before the 14th of March. Will be interesting to see how I get on on the 14th, hopefully my youth counts for something.

Iǘe been doing Muay thai for about 5 months now and Iḿ loving it. Started getting fit & able to hold my own in a fight.
Muscles are getting nice definition as well which is great-6 pack would be awesome!

Golf, tennis and poker. Not good at any of them, but it is great fun. My golf is slowly getting better, but as the lame joke says, my handicap is golf.

I play touch Rugby and Squash...
Im trying to get into races now, with a mate, like midmar mile (swimming) and take up some marathons too... gonna get back into Cycling too (just gotta buy that bike)
