Been putting some work into my game over the off-season...

No Score 250 out of a possible 300

That means 30 arrows and dropping 50 points.

It is the first indoor score you should be aiming at for a beginning archer and trust me it is not that easy. Had a bit of a comp last night and the guy who holds the national record for his age group is in our club. He actually posted his best score ever of 279/300

And indoor is at 18ft/20meters.

18 ft = 5.45 meters...??

Is it either 18 foot or 20 meters?

Sorry just checked it is yards and the other way around.

20 yard = 18.288 meter

BTW that is for the indoor. And we shoot indoor on a 40mm target

Then you get to outdoor where we have a very much different setup.

You have 4 rounds starting from 90 meters on a 120mm target going down to 70 meters still on a 120mm target. Then when you go down to 50 meters and 30 meters you shoot on a 80mm target or a smaller target with three spots as at 30 meters you are liable to hit your own arrows and damage 2 perfectly good R400 arrows by just being that good.
