 what case you got? A kadolf or something like that?

I used to race DH on national level. Its damn expensive. So it XC.

I guess you can RIDE DH with a XC bike but it really spoils the experience.
Yeah, Its is extremely expensive...thats why I havent started yet. Its cool though! The main problem is that there arent many places in JHB where you can go to practice or race? I havent found any yet!

I play action soccer and action cricket.
I'm an action junky!

Not really... our company team plays in the leagues at our local action sports venue.

You'd never tell by looking at my marvelous physique, but I'm not really much of a sportsman - I'm just participating for the after-game drinks and snacks.

"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.

Oh yea I also used to play pool. Haven't played in ages, I used to be pretty good.

My mom played in the Ladies Nationals earlier this year, she's very good. Plays in social and normal league as well.

Kum Nye (Tibetan: sKu-mNyé) is a Tibetan Buddhist movement practice, somewhat in the tradition of Yoga or Tai Chi. Kum Nye literally means "subtle body massage" in Tibetan. There are many forms of Kum Nye which have been practiced in Tibet.

I think this sounds like a great sport...of course, it you translated it directly to Afrikaans slang...........
