Anime OST's
After watching a bunch of anime I really got into the music.
So I was wondering, if downloading of anime is fine then can you download the OST's aswell?
And if you can, what are good sites to get them from?

Thanks in Advance....

You can get quite a lot of tracks at
www.gendou.com
You have to sign up.
But it is free so go for it.
It's probably illegal to download it, but who cares?!

Check out Bleach Portal. They allow you to download most of the tracks from the series for free or you can choose to buy them to help out the arstist. Something like that anyway.

Thanks guys... Bleach and naruto are the exception to this thread because they are so easy to find. I googled it and got several places to download.
but some of the other anime was a little harder to find........ Tenjou Tenge for example.

torrents are surprisingly good and mp3's tend to dl much faster here than zips etc. (don't know why... )
Have alot of JPop and Rock - I downloaded, but I follow groups rather than just the OST of an Anime series (for example I dl'ed a lot of Orange Range and Beat Crusaders stuff).
This way you pick up a lot of cool songs you might not have heard otherwise. That's how I got into Kotoko's stuff.
Try not to limit yourself to just the Anime OST's.

Yeah have Shooting Star (the opening theme fro Onegai Teacher). Very cool song (but have the vocal version).
Not too much into AMV's but my friend is. If you saw any AMV's with Magic Onion mentioned somewhere it's his (we started Magic Onion Anime in 2003).

Will smack some mp3's on the HDD when I'm luck enough to get it...
Downloaded some new stuff recently - the torrent all start with Nipponsei.
Cool thing is, I use the works ADSL to dl stuff. Since it's torrents I can manage the amount I dl and pause when needed.

Hey SoulBlade - when looking for an ISP try Telkom.
Nooo seriously, they have some great packages plus they have soft cap, i.e. you go over 3Gb you get thrown into a pool (you share a line with other guys that did too much dl'ing) and you share that. A friend of mine uses their 3Gb to a max of 8GB thanks to WoW. So yeah you can get a great deal, plus you pay one place one time!
'scuse me, I have some dl'ing to do - the boss is at a meeting.....
