Disciplinary Matters

This is where all discipline matters will be posted. A detailed post will be made giving the time period that will be applied to the various "crimes' committed.
Once a name appears here the thread will be locked by the Admin or Mod who posted it. After that all correspondence, defence statements etc. will have to be made by email or PM. If you are banned, temp or permanent, you will not be able to send or receive PM's, you will then have to email me or any other admin/mod who puts their address here. I will post the penalties that will be administered on Monday.

KillerByte, your posting of unsuitable material regarding "borrowing' ISP addresses was a serious infringement of the rules, as was your reference to piracy in the TV thread. What you do at home is your own business but these dubious activities must not be put on the forum. For this your Avvie rights will be removed for two weeks as from today, and you will be tagged with a first warning.
The same punishment will be given to Ike for his obnoxious remarks and complaining that a thread regarding piracy was locked. Also for attempting to lie to me about KllerByte's address.
A pity about your avvie KillerByte, I quite like it!

Part of the rules:
21) Respect the moderator, their word is final. If you find that a moderator is abusing his/her privileges report them to Cameron.
22) Please report any/all unruly and general bad behaviour to a moderator or Cameron

Penalties
At this moment the punishments below are what has been decided by general consensus.
Temp ban 2 weeks
Avvie rights 2 weeks
Mental cripple or any other tag 2 weeks
Can be used separately or together.
Sigs may not carry quotes unless OK'd by the author. In fact no information should be quoted by the public from a mods PM or post.
First warning tag 1 month
Second warning tag 2 months

Seems like it was a hotlink prevention system on ftw.nation.no that caused that image to appear.
Had to be safe. I apologize for banning you withou investigating the matter properly.
