I decided to no longer upload the crap I've done when bored. I think its about time I upload my REAL pieces of art. (you know, the ones that takes days to complete)

That's the way DJ NOAH'S ARK! (that's your new DJ name. Or DJ 2by2. That's even cooler. Or MC Heavy Rainfall Predicted. Either way, your tunes are mad-cool.)

Awesome Ark. I especially like the kick drum (layered with a short snare or something?) And the whole beat actually - very nicely put together. :D

Ark - rocking bro! Listening to it as I type!

I'll keep you in mind for when I need music for a TV project! I'll have to pitch it to you properly.

Love the Nintendo/Jungle fusion part a third of the way through with the square-type synth. Superb.

Downloaded Falken-Sensation White yesterday afternoon.
 Ark.

Some good work here. I have tried dabbling in FL Studio [well, the demo version] and Magix Music Maker 2005 Silver and I don't come anywhere close, though I can appreciate the amount of work-not to mention the skill required to produce these mixes.

Ok none of the links are working? I cant seem to get any of the tracks? Different file hosts? Now does anyone else here think there should be a separate place/ forum/ thread on PCF to talk about your favourite trance music, DJs, producing, mixing, various software and so forth, basically anything to do with trance? :D
Bobendren wrote:synthetix, please would you reduce the bit rate of your songs. I think 160kbps is decent enough.

And if people really want to listen to them in all their 320kbps of glory, then they can PM you.
ARGHH!!! 160kbps  die... That bitrate is horrible! I have a hard time with 192k CBR at times, and that should be bare minimum! If you want the best quality at a reasonable file size it's VBR MP3 somewhere around 192k~ or use LAME with the -h -V2 setting!

Lastly I would endorse OGG Vorbis but how many stand alone/ portable players are there for this format? :(

Then buy a decent sound setup, or shout Ears of the wolf :!: before playing music.
192K is fine.

Lol... I did buy decent sound by going with the following...
SONY MDR-XD300:

I know they're not Senheiser... but they're actually far better than the 2.1 system I was using previously (cost me more too! :D)
The sound in these Headphones is amazing! In fact with my 2.1 system I never used to notice the bad quality of low bitrate mp3s because the sound was dulled out by the poor frequency range, however these headphones have a phenomenal frequency range of 8 to 25,000 Hz, well at least that's what I'm assuming is the reason for the clarity that I get with these HPs? But when listening to mp3s at 128k CBR I notice the lossyness and trust me it ain't nice!

If I remember right, humans can't hear frequencies over 20,000Hz, or am I confused, anybody?

If you click on the link I provided ( www.myspace.com/falken01 ), just wait for the player to load on my profile. It automatically starts playing the last track I uploaded and you also have the option to download.

Anyway, I have found all the faults in "The Light to my Dark" and I resumed work on it, but I still need crit on "Fallen Behind". Remember guys, honest comment is useful crit ;)

I found the midi file of this song while looking for songs to practice on my keyboard. Have been wanting to do a dance version of it for while. There's one done by Kaylia, called Ritual Tibetan, as well i think. It's not really a full song as it's lacking a bridge, but it sounds cool. :D
