I got a Powercolor radeon 8500 128DDR from sahara and when i installed the driver the screen burred <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif"> "Very noticeble on the text" and when i put the refreshrate up it blured even more then i turned it down to 60Hz and the screen was not so blurred <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_frown.gif"> could this be a driver problem or is it the card itself

This might sound stupid, but just reseat the card and reinstall the drivers. Remember that you monitor must be seated correctly, improper balance can haper quality. The cord should be untwisted at all times aswell.
