Kidney thieves

Anyone know if this is true? I just got an email -
apperently it happened in JHB some guy went to
a Party had a nice time a couple of beers, so this chick who seemed to have
been eyeing him the hole night envited him to another party they ended up going to some hotel, there they had more to drink and did some drugs. Next
morning he wakes up in the bathtub full of ice with him submerged in it.
Next to hime was a note instructing hime not to get out of the tub and to dail
the phone number on the note a phone was also placed next to him. long story short his kidneys were gone.

Is this a joke or what?

happened to me when i swapped my eyes around with some japanese guy so they couldt identify my retina patterns...

Sure. But you'll probably go into shock or drown in the tub.

Also, the surgeon wil have to know the ins and outs or the kidney would be pretty banged up.

It's possible but unlikely, the victim would probably die and the attacker would have no reason to make the effort to keep them alive in a tub of ice.

Happened last night again. This time they took my lungs. Having trouble smoking at the moment.

A ghost story, I would think. Ones kidneys are probably the last things one wants to be warned about when getting drunk at a party.

You can survive without kidneys, if you go for dialysis. Think he would have died in the bathtub. People do steal other peoples organs and sell them on the black market, but I think they kill you first.
