Yea and better for when going up hills but yea Maxxis you are exactly right man. That is why my feet are aching quicker now aswell. Need clips and shoes. But for a cheap pair they are like 600 bucks or some thing.

100%

I used to be able to bunny hop higher with normal bmx pedals that with SPDs.

In my day I could bunny hop over a plastic lawn chair and a Pick 'n Pay trolley.

Now im lucky if I can clear a 2 feet high obstacle

Hence the bonk. Breakfast is the most important meal to eat before a ride. (From personal experiance)

lmm 8O . Next time will be better.

Big no no is to ride on an empty stomach.

Also, dont just drink water when you feel thirsty, drink at regular intervals.

I kind do that. like we ride to say 30km's or so and only then when we get to a certain place or somin i will drink water. like i can go without for quiet awhile but yet i drink water all the time at home. like at least 4 litres a day

That isnt to clever DoOb. You'll do better if your consistant with your drinking, even when your not thirsty. (You feel thirsty when you are already dehydrated)
