I know about Kronos and myself. We dance every day of the week and he also adds to that by going to the gym every other blue moon . But what about you

JUSTICE, n A commodity which is a more or less adulterated condition the State sells to the citizen as a reward for his allegiance, taxes and personal service.
I gym frequently, about 4 times a week, no cardio only free weights. I eat very well and about 6 times a day. I drink only water and double espressos, no milk. I try to eat grilled or raw salmon or any other fish every day with lots of veggies, grilled chicken and occasionally beef fillet. No junk food, no sweets. I dont take any growth supplements only vitamins B, C and E, magnesium, calcium, omega 3.

Dude for the way you eat you don't need the vitamin supplament. You can go without it. If you eath healthy there is no reason why you should take any kind of supplament. Anyway nice to see someone that practices without weights. I have a serious problem with it. Bulky muscles make you slow and they have in general a bigger tendency to build up fatigue.1G0R wrote:I gym frequently, about 4 times a week, no cardio only free weights. Hmmm its pretty much squash for me...serious cardio exercise. I try and gym in the week as well, but squash is what i really enjoy. I used to run with my friend, but i'm not much of a long distance runner - i can do it, but i'm not that good.
Very strange thing though, is that my friend who at his prime runs 10km in 30 minutes gets absolutely killed my me in a squash game (he gets so tired!) but when i try n run 10km, my spleen falls out...guess its a different type of fitness.
Had the flu the last 2 weeks though n i'm trying to boost my immune system by drinking orange juice n trying to stay off the take aways...any other hints cuz i've been getting sick quite often n its getting annoying!!

Hmm well if the whole famaly is taking it. It don't matter if you take it or not since you don't need it and if you don't need it that vitamin combination will be disgarded by your body if you get too much.

Yes they are diff kinds of fitness and yes your spleen would feel like it is falling off cuz running isn't all that good for your body. All you doing when you run is create pressure on your bodies bone structure. You don't work on your muscular fitness with running though only your bodies capacity to absorb oxygen and use it properly. Squash is almost the best you can get. Since it works your muscular system and your breathing so I would think that you can run flat out for some distance.nifty wrote:Hmmm its pretty much squash for me...serious cardio exercise. good one. Love the waving underwear around part. Adds that little personal touch to the workout.xchuckx wrote:The closest I get to a workout is throwing my body across the room listening to Slipnot or SOAD (or running away from my sister while I'm outside, waving her underwear around...)
