Ya, I have quite a few people that send me stuff. During my day shift I cant really look at any mails, so when I am on night shift I go through them all and forward the best stuff.
Thats why you might not get anything from me for 2 weeks, and them one morning you will come in, open your mailbox and see 100 mails sitting there

I am in agony...
I went to play cricket at Stromia Rd grounds this afternoon. Nothing special, just a quick knock around in the nets - helping us get in shape for the new action cricket season - corporate league.
So I bowled an over, it went pretty well. Bowled another over - sweet!
But the third time was the charm. First ball, as I let the ball out of my hand, I felt something twinge in my back.
3 hours later and my back hurts like a mofo.
I found some Synap Forte in my wardrobe - left over meds from my hernia op. That Schedule 5 stuff does numb the pain, but it still hurts.
I hope I haven't done too much damage.
I'm such a fat out of shape assclown. I'll probably end up missing the first few games of the season thanks to this.
Ironic, as this was supposed to help get me in shape for the first few games of the season
Also, I have a funny feeling I will wake up tomorrow and not be able to move from the pain.
Feel free to express your lulz now. This is not a 'woe is me' post.
