Ive never broken a bone...But managed to tear my left shoulder ligament pretty badly at squash...That hurt like hell!!!
And a few weeks later tore my left shoulder ligament after a electricity experiment went bad...!!

Ive had a few nasty falls myself, mostly just scrapes and bruises....i laughed at myself once tho after a fall, me and some mates were skating and just ollying over a tree branch we let hang off the sidewalk with bricks at the other end, i olly'd over it, but my trucks got caught on the branch and i went falling over, but i didnt block my fall or nothing...my friends said i looked like a tree trunk falling over after it got chopped off hahaha hit my head noggal sore...i didnt block cause i didnt realise my board was left behind and i just didnt bother to block for some reason hahaha
