Anyway. If you head over to http://www.anime-alliance.com/ and check under their "learn japanese" section you can download Pimsleur's Learn Japanese. I got it from sushibarnetwork a while ago, but I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Japanese. It helps you with vocabluray and so one, but most importantly you hear the actual words being spoken, so it helps with your pronunciation. The thing is it's quite alot to download, with each file being 10-20 mb and there being 90 lessons in all, and it's time consuming with every file being about 20-30 minutes long. But after going through all of them, I can say it helped me quite a bit. So if you have the bandwith and the free time you should check it out.

It took me about four months. I listened to one episode twice a day, nearly every day.

But as you say, it is definitely a recommendation...

I can still hear that voice in my head, and although I do not know the actual writing style of it, "sumi masen" - "excuse me" is still in my head...

That's the thing, it helps with words and sentences, but I'm still completely clueless on how to write or read Japanese.

"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.
