You must not eat according to a rotine thats when you build up fat!

Say you eat very little durimg the day as you please but eat like a pig during the rest of the weekend then you will still lose!

When you eat alot your body uses the energy produced and forms fat from the access! I fyou confuse your body by not eating regulary the same intake you can lose without dieting!

@QPm thnx for the info got the atkins one, will check out the other one you suggested.

@Knightman true weekends in general I eat 3 meals a day, most of the time not big either except for sunday lunches, one of the main problems I'm having is hunger strikes, for no reason I would get hungry round about 9-10 pm and thats one of the worst times to eat.
I stopped doing that and must admit, I seem to have more energy during the days

im a glutton and im not obese.. :? im more lazy than a rock....a couch potato and i drink alot, smoke alot....my lifestyle has never really benn different...yet ive never had in excess of 5% body fat and/or benn unfit. no matter how much i smoked and ate and how lazy i was...ive always stayed thin and defined...and was one of the top long distance runners wen i was in school....

@ Futs : Atkins deprive you of so many vitimins!

If you would like to gain more muscle and lose kilos.

Take USN Diet fuel replacing 2 meals a day. It gives all the minerals and vits u nead and take Phedra cut @ tablewts a day!

This is not steriods just a healthy way of livong and it cost less than actually buying lunch and breckfast everyday!

Age is not that big a factor its how active you are as older people tend to sit and work the whole day and do nothing active where kids walk around is school and have lunck breacks to muc about!

Misconception #2
No more so than you average low calorie/ reduced fat diet.
Also did you notice that your suggested meal replacement contains more than the RDA of carbs. This is a training supplement and will not result in weight loss at the suggested consumption unless you are a **** marathon runner. Add to that viatamins in this form have been proven not to have the absorption rate of that of normal food. If I ate an "Atkins meal" I would come away with more absorbed viatamins/ nutrients than this meal replacement.

There have been no confirmed deaths attributed to the Atkins diet anywhere. You will find far more info saying Diet Coke will kill you. It is an urban legend usually told by vegetarians.

I'm not moody and I somewhat maintain the diet or at least a variation of it. I can see where some may be moody however cause they can't eat pie and doughnuts.

Anyway back to the whole heart failure thing I am not fat and I have followed both a lowcalorie/fat and a low carb diet and have bi-annual blood panels.. All the numbers indicitive of heart or other problems were lower while adhering to a low carb diet.

So did you watch the documentary or just the tag lines? I challenge you to find a peer reviewed study that says properly following the Atkins (or any other low carb diet) has such an effect.

This has been used for bodybuilders to "cut" for ages not to mention the diet itself has been around for 30+ years.

The worst thing is to go to the gym after a night of heavy drinking. The whole place smells of booze when I leave.Though it does help with the hangover, gets all the toxins out your body quicker.
