WOULD YOU BUY THIS

Would anyone buy this machine!!
 
 ATX CASE with 400W PSU
 ASUS A7V8X-X with onboard sound
 512MB DDR333 (infineon chips)
 AMD 2400+ with fan
 
 everything is roughly 2 weeks old..
 would you guys buy it for R3100

It´s an average price. If you are looking for that sort of upgrade already, then it is worth it, but it´s not particularly a bargain.

Yeah, I bought it, new two weeks ago and now i am considering selling, you know, keeping up with the times... But i dont know if i should bother selling?

LordRage, what kind of gfx card you got running in there? With a nice card that´s still a pretty good system. From what I´ve read online you´ll definitely be able to play DOOM3 and HL2. Chuck a nice Radeon 9500 (pro or non-pro) in there and that baby should keep you going for at least a year.

Yeah, at the moment I am running a geforce 2 Pro 64MB, I have money to buy a new one but i am waiting for a while to see what happens.
