Well they do have cooling and modding stuff. I saw some Fan controllers in there. Its at least better than Kalahari.net who has nothing but a couple of fans as far as I remember.

I've just gotta add that Builders Warehouse is my new favourite shop. I was there three times this weekend picking up various tubing connectors and barbs for my WC projects.

Who woulda thought that camping gas and air compressor parts would be such a perfect fit.

Just be warned though, If you use these fittings, they only fit European WC goodies, and not ones from the US since the threads are different and if forced can cause leaks or cracking of acrylics

They are in my top 3 favourite shops aswell (Don't know why I haven't added them). Added now...

anyone know where i can get laser cutting done in the east rand maybe and how much would they charge?
i need to get two holes cut into perspex for 80mm fans...
or should i just use a holesaw, which i already own?
if i could get some help please!!

thanks!

Holesaw would work fine ;)

cool, thanks wikid!
and other than the holesaw for the main holes, i would use a normal drill for the fans mounting holes?!

the other reason i wanted to know bout the laser cutting is coz i want to cut long side vents next to the fans, but dont want to stuff it up by using a jigsaw or hacksaw!!!

btw, its for modding the windows on the omega 9301 which im getting thursday!!! (which you like by the looks of things!)

Well you can draw your design there, or beforehand on AutoCAD or Openoffice Draw (Which is completely useless).

Thing is you have to do everything yourself. They will show you how the machines work, but you have to do everything.

I have decided to add software that could contribute to modding. Like Sketchup for instance. So if you have any other software that can be used please let me know by posting here and I will gladly add them to the list if its relevant to modding.

Nope, because they're not locally available.

However, NomadicIT recently signed with A.C. Ryan, so they can get any A.C. Ryan goodies for you.

Have a look - NomadicIT
