I've added fear2 to my list because it improves on the first one a lot which was very fun. Will be playing 2 again soon.
I'm still thinking of other games for my votes.

shockingly not mentioned yet:

minecraft...

toffies to the pointless WoW grind machine... gaming innovation like this should be applauded... (although i've had a stab at wurm online only to realise that minecraft's the exact same premise with all the drudgery of wurm neatly excised...)

Statistically, Solitaire is the game of the decade

Otherwise I would say Hidden & Dangerous 2 and MOH: Allied Assault

i believe 1990 falls somewhere outside of the "decade" designation... otherwise...yes... but if we're going to include wow and solitaire we may as well throw farmville and its clones in there... and that way madness lies...

I'm way to lazy to count the votes and make a proper results reply with pictures and vids. So let's just extend the voting period to end July :)

2. Halo (3 + Reach)
3. Battlefield (1942 + 2)
4. Portal
5. Fallout 3
6. Crysis

Edit : Whoops forgot Minecraft (1st version came out June 2009), but I don't know where to put it...

If you exclude every other genre then FPS is the only genre I play as well.

So let us hope they release Torchlight 2 soon. Even if they release it next to Diablo 3 I will be fine... infact releasing it on the day Diablo 3 releases will mean I can play the game while I wait for the battle.net load to subside.
