Just a note, the codes used in the room differ in each instance, so where one person playing has xx=19, another might have xx=54, this counts for all the codes as far as i know. Reason I'm saying this is so that you know the values of the codes don't give away any clues It's what you do with them that give away the game

Darn it - I am stuck on the checker board. I have the letters. I have tried the swapping around according to the note in the envelope. No such luck. I am missing something with the letter with the scratched out stuff.
