yes i did actually wear one my cuz said the 2k paint is really bad
well i sis the top coat of paint today but it started running on the side panel and motherboard tray so those have to be done again
and i didn't have enough room to hang all of it up, so the rest will have to be turned and spray as well
hope i can get the rest done tomorrow then maybe the case will be done on Saturday night

just to tell you guys that black 2k paint looks like you are looking in a black mirror
sorry don't have any pics of the spraying (didn't want the camera to get sprayed with paint)

Then you will finish far ahead of me With all the trouble and distractions I had here mine will only be finished next week somewhere, but it's coming on very nicely. Not to hack your thread further with my mod, I'll update my own shortly

but i did say i might finish on Saturday. that's if i get the rest sprayed today

sigh i have sprayed every thing but..........
the side panels have huge runs on them so tommorow i have to sand then respray

this paint is too cool

will post pics just now waiting for the blue paint to dry

im too lazy and tierd to type a whole story
so to cut the long story short (or as michail nicker says "cutting one short storie long")
i will just post the pics
















i couldn't put the rest of the case together again because supply of pop rivets went short.

and the side panels are getting resprayed tomorrow

im itching to finish now
everything is on just the plexi needs to be put on and the cables to be neatened (job for tomorrow)

Just gone through the whole thread. A LOT of effort from scratch. Very nice work dude. The workmanship looks perfect but I'd like to see more professional photo's to confirm that.

here are some of the faults i made on window




and the GT stripe on the top has worn off a bit

It looks really nice, and I'm sure most people won't notice those minor faults.

there were a few runs but i sorted those out


i did a really stupid thing with the plexi
i did the countersunk the wrong way

Nice wez. Really good work. You at least have patience and the professional touch. Most people would just stick the sqaure pice of plexi for the window. Nice effort in doing it to shape.
I love the way the light comes through your mesh bezels. My new case also has those so shot for the idea.

looks awesome bud..... now get some better paint on those stripes

Just my personal opinion: Have you got any idea how wicked those strips will look in UV reactive paint, since they're on mesh?

note: if someone sprays mesh just watch out that you don't spray too much other wise the holes clog up
