Not really, but she is no match VS pain.

I won't expect her to be a match against pain. I was thinking more in the line of her character. for the whole 220 episodes of the first Naruto Anime she was this shy girl always hiding in the shadows. Her character only showed one spot of development and that is when Naruto caused it. Afterwards her character just slumped back into its old self.

Hinata has finally declared her love for naruto just before he goes into a rampage. Cant wait for chapter 348 so that we can see what naruto does with 6 tails out.

I think she has changed. She is still shy, but not as much as before in my opinion.

Well that kina peeked my curiosity. Although her character has not developed all that much it is still an interesting mix. Compare hinata to the girl on Hellsing, who is completely irritating to the point where you just want Alucard to waste her. Her character only develops briefly in the second to last episode which is quite disappointing. I would actually like to see a lot more of Hinata and some decent character development.

She was wearing a black outfit.
And Pein's stabbing weapon that he used on Naruto was black too.
It's gone through her body and out her back.

And blood is OBVIOUSLY black in real life!!

on page 13 we see Hinata getting knocked away from Pain. And i cant see pain walking any closer to Hinata.

Well it's true that you don't see Pein walking.

But on page 13

you can see him bring out a new weapon from his sleeve.
And then he looks at Naruto who shouts "STOP".

Then on page 14 there's the giant sound effect that looks like "gusa" which apparently is the sound of squeezing, grabbing or crushing. (There's a "tsu" in the sound effect that I don't understand).
Then Pein says "This is just how my parents were killed by Konoha's ninja, right before my eyes..." while sorting of leaning forwards over something on the ground.

Then we have the unknown panel.


Not sure what else it could be apart from Hinata getting stabbed.

Voxyn is right. The un-translated SFX apparently signifies tearing flesh so yeah he stabbed her all right.

@ SoulBlade : Too many guys dying right now and Naruto skipped a tail. Imo we've seen way more than 2/3 of Naruto by now. With fillers they'll squeeze another 2 years out the anime though.

Speaking of fillers, i wish the stupid episodes would get back on track. I'd love to see this Naruto VS Pain episodes, but we'll probably wait another year to get there.

Just how powerful is the Nine tails now that six of its tails has manifested.
I mean is it (the Nine tails) stronger than the six-tailed beast or the seven-tailed beast, when their six tails appeared.
Anyway, it seems that Pain is not too worried. Akatsuki must have perfected strategies on how to confront the Jinchūriki.

Hinata is still alive but she's dying. Kyuubi agrees to help Naruto's heal her. The 6 tails transformation broke his necklace, Yamato can no longer bring him back. Tsunade hears of Shizune's death and goes emo. Sakura evacuates the village. Pain uses the ultimate jitsu, Chibaku Tensei.

Yes with each tail he grows stronger.

I found the bleach chapter to be better than the naruto chapter. I mean obviousely Ichigo will use some bullsh@# power up to beat the next stage arrancar

I suspect that in the next naruto chapter pain will use his ultimate technique that was made using the other tailed beasts. But its true that this chapter was a bit boring

already left the village and even the survivors are in no hurry to help Hinata XD. Also, isn't it odd that Naruto can freak out and turn into a 6 Tailed Fox spirit, when his one clone is still sitting in Frog land?
