Well, i follow. I think it's stupid that there have to be barely dressed chicks in a pit lane, or booth babes at Rage, or chicks on the cover of PCF. They have no place in these situations.

I DO know why they're there. I just think it's silly.

At least do something classy then.

Lately the PCF covers look like a FHM tupperware party.

The Perreli calenders a classy.

What about a Calendar with the best looking rigs in the country, or the best screen shots of games such as Crysis, COD 4 etc.

Members can then maybe upload or e-mail their screenshots / pictures of their rigs etc.

Let`s face it, having babes on the front cover of the mag does not always give a good image of the mag i.e. when you purchase it at stores, people tend to think you just bought a porn mag.

Just an idea.

I have been forced to try and use to Calander on the Vista sidebar as my school hasnt given me any new school calander and I dont have any other calander for 2008...this is a life threatening situation!!

We need a calander for 2008, or I might get the dates mixed up and end up buying an old game thinking it was released on the day I purchased it!!

Sorry, but I think we need some more creative ideas for the cover. They are getting rather plain and boring and the colours which are being used together dont look too good IMO.

If you dont like the cover TEAR THE DAMN THING OFF.
Flip and for those who walk into SPAR and buy PCF, why worry about what the oke thinks when you have a pc magazine in your hand with a chick on - you go and buy it with a open straight face - and BTW SPAR DONT SELL PORNO mags - so why worry that the oke is thinking you have bought a dirty magazine ?

sigh I really don't get why the logic is so hard to grasp. It's there because people want it there. I am very sorry if you are not one of those people but unfortunately we can't please all the people all the time. In addition we are not a gaming mag. Out of interest what's the prob with a girl on the cover for you personally, why does it grate you so much badguy? And don't say becuase it has nothing to do with tech, what's the real reason?

people please! it's just a magazine! if the editor feels that a girl is suitable for the cover then so be it! if the editor feels that a pic of the new 9 series from nvidia is suitable then so be it! don't you buy the mag for what's inside? like the reviews, previews, hardware section, modding section....

Dude if you guys like babe so much you can buy a porn mag OK.I have been buying pcformat for 3 years and the babe thing is just not my style.Why do you guys put something on the cover of the mag that has nothing to do with the mag??



And why do you guys put babe's inside the mag to?SHOOT for the cover girls cost money right so that put's that price of the mag up to and I pay R42.00 to get a mag with a babe on it ,where i can google that babe for free.

I dunno....for some reason people think professional photo shoots of PC Hardware are free

PHOTO SHOOTS COST MONEY... whether its babes, motherboards, or gay porn.... get over it. if you don't like the mag DON'T BUY THE **** THING.

I have a awesome collection of PCF mags, but my tastes changed in 2005, hence i no longer buy it. but i'm still here... PCF feels more like a community mag/organisation thingy than the OTHER mag hahaha!
