Do you also get a chameleon spell in Skyrim and can you also enchant armour to have 100% chameleon like in oblivion?

Never used it in either game - but yes you do. It is called Invisibility and you get varying degrees of it. You can also have potions that make you harder to detect

In oblivion I had as set that makes you invisible so I could steal from the guards they would tell me they are going to kick my behind I tell them to go ahead and then he is like huh

Why I like the chameleon spell more it doesn't cancel when you take an action like invisibility

I think I'll do that but I'm getting the installs for tera from my cuz and I have 4 subjects this semester and a boss who feels he need to give me lots of work before I do anything so it's getting a bit rough
