Terrifying Tentacle Showerhead Can Reach Your Every Nook And Cranny
I'm assuming who ever created this tentacle showerhead was inspired by those Sentinel creatures in The Matrix films. That, or Medusa, except that these appendages don't slither or turn you to stone.
The Sculpture, or Scu-Head, from Vado can be mounted overhead in a shower stall as is more traditional. But given its articulated limbs that can be repositioned to direct the flow of water in multiple directions, I think it would be far more useful installed a little lower so you can use it to reach and clean spots you normally couldn't.
I just wish it didn't come with a $1,500 price tag, not including installation. For that amount of scratch I'd just happily hack up a garden hose and build my own. [Vado via The Fancy]

Re: English Spam Thread and General Rubbish
I prefer the one with the 4 body jets - that makes a lot more sense. And that shower was nice and big. One needs a big shower.

Re: English Spam Thread and General Rubbish
in total agreement Rattie.... total
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.
Re: English Spam Thread and General Rubbish
So we had an interesting time at work yesterday. There was an elderly gentleman in the church, just turned 80 in December, who worked for 40 years in the carpeting/tiling industry. We needed some tiling done a couple of weeks back, and our pastor suggested that we ask Travers if he wanted to do it, because it always made him feel like he contributing something to the church by helping out like that. He readily agreed to do the tiling and did so.
Then there were a couple of tiles cracked at the church building itself (the office is located on another property, diagonally behind the church). He came up yesterday to do the tiling, and was alone at the church. (Our maid doesn't work on Thursdays, and no one works from the church building itself.)
Around 10:15 I thought I'd take a leisurely stroll across to the church to see how Travers was doing, and found him keeled over on his back, already turning grey. He must've had a massive heart attack or stroke or something. Dead on the spot.
Although he was obviously dead I immediately called 082911 to send an ambulance. When the ambulance eventually arrived (and don't get me started with that 911 "service"!) the paramedic jumps out, takes one last long drag on his cigarette, drops it on the ground and puts it out with his foot, and then heads over to the body.
Now, again, Travers was gone by then, but just watching this I was thinking, can you imagine having CPR administered to you by someone who has just been smoking? Bleh!
