Actually I am a trained chef been cooking for the odd 22 years.

The only thing that would be annoying is if people get it wrong, like spoiling food, good food at that

The last couple of years I have taken a interest in India food particular south India dishes.

Next year I will be looking at Greek food.

You can't exactly tell every one you are a chef, people would think I am gay or some thing, which I am not, studied at http://www.proarte.co.za/ before moving onto the hotel school in JHB.

I didn't know people associate being a chef with being gay. I read through the Hospitality Studies page, sounds like a great education.

so, just quickly came to pop in... (from a campus computer, hate these things).... just getting my semester marks so that i know how much to get in the exam to pass and also to tell daddy...
