No 13th cheque...but I do receive quarterly bonuses, which can be anywhere from 40%-100% of my salary

Actually a quarterly bonus sounds like a good idea. This year we aren't taking any bonuses due to the company audit showing that we didn't do as well as originally planned. Still paying our managers and admin a 50% bonus so its something. But I want to move to a more real time and productive and growth formula. Planning for the future and all, wish I was better at this
