R1400 for a kit of 2x2gb Transcend AxeRam 2000mhz ddr3. I had the cheap stuff that were like R200-R250 a stick of 2gb but it had some kind of stability issue.

Total: R6755 i started in 2008 with this pc.

Wait, what HDD do you have again......I doubt it cost that much, they are dirt cheap these days. And R650 for that case is rather expensive, also those fans are only worth around R45-60 each

the hard drives is what i spent, i bought a 320 gb in lik 08 for r400 then a month later it packed up, then i bought a seagate sata 2 barracuda it blew the day i got it! :twisted: so then i bought a nother 320 gb that has lasted me since last year. so jeah my luck is insanley bad with new hard ware. Note: the case was brought over by my brother's gf from holland.

Oh that explains it now. I was wondering how that case costed R650 but now I know. Eish but you are unlucky, I have never had a new HDD die on me except of my Maxtor (250Gb) which was only 2 years old
