Sorry for not being able to create your account successfully. It's weird, since we get new registrations on a daily basis and they're all perfectly fine. Not sure what happened with you.

Just a general note, though. Making a post on here, won't get you any results quickly, I'm afraid. None of the Prophecy guys frequent this forum, so we don't see this until someone sends us a message. We have a multitude of ways to get a hold of us.

I've now also created a support forum on Carbonite where guests can post, so that similar issues can be resolved more quickly in future.

I'm afraid Firestrm_ZA is taking a bit of a break from Carbonite for a couple of days, and will be back shortly, which is why he didn't respond.

Thanks all, Although it may not be quick, it is because of this forum that my account has finally been activated on Carbonite.

I did try Prophecy but it too was offline.
