Who's your scariest game character(s)

Alma scared me just a little from FEAR...but then again I only played the demo.....but In FEAR 2 there seems to be more of her and a little more evil things like her.

those things in Dead Space made me jump every now and then when they jumped out at you unexpectedly

the Original Resident Evil and Silent Hill characters was tops in their hay day

little baby things from doom3. Especially the noises they made.

Also doom 3, the first time you meet the big dog thing. You in that room, and through the glass you see it come down, then it bangs on the door, then comes through the glass. I was in such a frenzy by that point that I think I wasted half my ammo cache.

I cant remember which game it was but when you mention a little girl. Its probably FEAR.

I played the game and got where you see a ghost move past a slightly open door.
And later on there was this dead girl if i remember correctly sitting on a chair.
But it looked like shes part of the scenery and then suddenly she moves hear head looking towards you.

I remember that with the original Wolfenstein I got a fright every time I walked into a Boss. It was the second PC game I had ever played lol

To me thats not scary but hecticly intense.

Especially when you are at a level where they run towards to and you ,whilst you are reloading and cornered.

The original doom, when it first came out, everything in that game was scary but the invisible pink things were the worst
