MySpace mom's teen is pregnant

The party's over for the mom who once called herself "Tammy Tokes" on a MySpace Web site and bragged about a life of drinking, pot smoking and debauchery.

The woman -- who gained national attention last year after her teenage daughter ran away with a man she met on MySpace -- is in jail on a $1 million bond after police say she allowed the same daughter, now 14, to have sex with two men and become pregnant.

Now, the two men face criminal sexual conduct charges and the girl is in foster care.

Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel said he's not surprised by the recent turn of events. The mother's name is being withheld to protect her daughter's identity.

"We had a feeling if she didn't become more involved in her child's life in a different way, things weren't going to change," Hackel said. "We can't police what is going on in the home."

Police say the mom allowed the girl to have sex with Christopher Garcia and James Przeadzki, both 21, while living at Utica Manor apartments.

Child Protective Services found out about the girl's pregnancy and contacted Utica Police. Police said Przeadzki also had sex with the girl's friend, also 14, at the apartment.

"Garcia admitted to the sexual relationship. Przeadzki admitted to (sex with the pregnant girl) and sexual contact with the second 14-year-old girl," Utica Police Sgt. Dave Faber said. "Both advised us that the mom knew what was going on in the house."

The girl and her mom gained national attention last year when the then-13-year-old posed as an 18-year-old on MySpace.com, a social networking Web site, and set up a liaison with a 25-year-old man from Indiana. The pair was stopped in Jackson after an Amber Alert was issued for the girl. No charges were brought against the Indiana man.

The Macomb Sheriff's Office found the mother also had a MySpace account under the name "Tammy Tokes" that described her partying lifestyle. The site also linked to her daughter's site.

Garcia, who police say got the girl pregnant, is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of failing to register as a sex offender.

Przeadzki, who had sex with the girl and the girl's 14-year-old friend, is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The mother is charged with one count of second-degree child abuse and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Macomb Assistant Prosecutor Molly Zappitell said Garcia and the girl were having a relationship since last year. He would pick her up from school, describing himself as her fiance around the school grounds, Zappitell said. She added that the mom knew Garcia was a registered sex offender.

Officials said they are not sure if the girl had been pregnant previously.

Man charged over sheep sex in Germany

A man has been charged with breaking German animal protection laws after he was caught on camera having sex with sheep, police said.

The sheep's owner became suspicious last year and installed video surveillance equipment which filmed the 44-year-old in the act, police in the western region of Suedhessen said in a statement.

"He admitted sodomising the animals and had no explanation for his actions," spokeswoman Christine Klein said.

The man, who is a Turkish national and lives in the town of Gross Gerau, faces a jail sentence of up to three years or a fine, the statement said.

That's a shame, because I would have loved to hear an explanation for that behavior

Man gave daughter to net buddy pedophile

A FATHER who let a pedophile he met on the internet sexually exploit his five-year-old daughter has been sentenced to seven years jail.

The 40-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was recently found guilty by a Brisbane District Court jury of indecently dealing with a child with a circumstance of aggravation and possessing child computer pornography.

He was aged in his early to mid-30s when the offences occurred.

Judge Hugh Botting today sentenced the man to a total of seven years jail but ordered he be eligible for parole after serving half the sentence.

"You provided your daughter for his use – someone who was your own lineal descendent," Judge Botting said during his sentencing remarks.

"The enormity of betrayal of trust as a father is ... a very significant factor."

He said the other man, whom the father met in an online chatroom, was connected with a network of pedophiles through the internet.

"He was a proactive person seeking contacts and people to engage in child abuse," Judge Botting said.

He said the man and the young girl had been photographed in various indecent positions.

Indecent photos were also taken of the daughter alone.

The trial heard allegations that the father had taken the pictures but the jury didn't accept that.

The court also heard the father set down some conditions when he handed over his daughter, one being no penetration.

The other man pleaded guilty in 2004 to similar child sex charges and testified against the father at his trial.

Sex beast teacher jailed 11yrs

A TEACHER who ordered boys out of assembly to give him oral sex was jailed for 11 years yesterday.

Peter Shotton, 55, was found guilty of ten counts of indecency with three pupils aged seven, eight and ten at Bewbush Community Primary School, Crawley, West Sussex.

His ten-year campaign of abuse ended when a pupil told his mum in 2005.

Judge Anthony Niblett told the dad of three at Hove Crown Court: “You cared only for your own perverted sexual gratification. You have been a living lie — and shown no remorse.”

But Shotton’s wife Liz, of Albourne, said later: “He is innocent.”

Grandmothers arrested over satanic sex abuse at school

Three women teachers were among six people arrested yesterday accused of sedating and sexually abusing children as young as 3 at a school near Rome.

The teachers — two of whom are grandmothers who had taught at the school and at Sunday school for decades — are said to have part in the repeated abuse of 15 children aged 3 and 5 for a year, filming them in sexual acts with satanic overtones at the teachers’ homes and in a wood.

The others arrested were a female caretaker, a former producer of children’s programmes for the state television station RAI, and a local petrol pump attendant. The television producer is married to one of the arrested teachers.

The alleged abuse — in the town of Rignano Flaminio, 25 miles (40km) north of Rome — came to light when some of the children began describing their “games” to their parents. They drew pictures of a “man in black” who wore a hood and drank his own blood, and said they had played a game in which “a wolf chases a squirrel and eats it”.

They were warned that if they told their parents about the “games”, they would be “taken away from their mothers by devils”. If the truth were to come out and they were asked who had taught them to perform sexual acts, they were to say “my father”.

The parents also reported bruising and swelling around their children’s genital areas and that they had returned home from school in a confused state. Police say that the children were given tranquillisers and told they were sweets.

The six face charges including kidnapping, indecently assaulting minors, obscene acts and group sexual assault. Police had to protect the teachers from angry parents as they were taken away, with one shouting: “May you rot in jail for ever.”

Ottavio Coletta, the Mayor of Rignano Flaminio, said that the town of 8,000 people was enveloped in “a poisonous climate of hatred and vendetta”, and Father Erri Rocchi, the parish priest, said he still believed the teachers were the victims of “malicious tongues”. He said that the women were church-goers and taught at Sunday school.

Pasqualina Pellegrino, a former teacher at the school, also said she could swear on the innocence of the teachers and the caretaker. “I simply do not believe they could have done this,” she said.

Some parents, however, complained that the mayor and the school authorities had initially failed to take their suspicions seriously, and the school had not suspended the teachers even after the inquiry began ten months ago. “They accused us of trying to ruin the lives of respectable people,” one said.

Alleged Bus Flasher ID'd By 'JR' Tattoo

A career criminal who police said exposed himself in front of two young girls on a county bus was identified because the victims recalled the suspect's most distinguishing characteristic, according to police.

Police said the incident occurred at about 8 a.m. on April 18 aboard a Broward County mass transit bus traveling in Pompano Beach.

Two girls, ages 10 and 15, were riding the bus on their way to school when police said the man unzipped his pants, exposed himself and began masturbating in front of the juveniles. He then concluded his lewd act and exited the bus at the next stop.

The girls reported the incident to authorities and recalled that the man had a tattoo of "JR" on the left side of his neck.

Investigators researched their databases and determined that 23-year-old Rudy Titus, who was participating in a Department of Corrections work release program in Pompano Beach, was identified as someone having the "JR" neck tattoo.

Police said the girls then picked Titus’ picture out of a photo lineup, and said he was the one who committed the offensive act.

Titus was taken into custody on Friday and police said he gave a statement admitting that he exposed himself to the girls.

He was charged with two felony counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition and is being held in the Broward County Sheriff's Office jail on $61,000 bond.

Police said Titus has been arrested numerous times and has been convicted on charges including grand theft, burglary and possession of cocaine.

Teacher makes deal over affair with boy

A former teacher charged with having sex with a 14-year-old middle school student and running off to Mexico with him pleaded guilty Wednesday to a sodomy charge.

Angela Renee Comer, 28, would serve 10 years in prison under her plea agreement, in which the prosecutor agreed to drop most other charges. Besides one count of third-degree sodomy, Comer pleaded guilty to one count of custodial interference.

She had faced up to 20 years on each of four counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and up to five years each for two counts of third-degree sodomy.

Comer told The Associated Press after the court hearing that she was glad to avoid a trial, which had been scheduled to start today.

“A trial is very stressful for everyone, and I just want this to be over,” she said.

Comer entered the courtroom wearing jeans and an orange jail T-shirt and answered a series of questions from the judge before entering the plea.

Police said Comer had a sexual affair with the boy, who is now 16, and took him without his guardian’s permission. Authorities found Comer, her young son and the teen in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, on Jan. 10, 2006.

The boy’s grandmother watched as Comer entered the plea. The boy, who was not in court Wednesday, was removed from her care after the incident and placed in a foster home, she said.

“I’m relieved that it’s over. This has been going on for 16 months and I don’t think anyone should have to wait that length of time. It’s been very difficult for me,” the grandmother said.

The Associated Press is not using the grandmother’s name to protect the identity of the boy. It is the policy of the AP not to identify victims of sex crimes in most cases.

The grandmother said the boy is a high school sophomore now. He’s embarrassed by the incident and has had little contact with his family since he was moved into foster care, she said.

“He doesn’t want to come back here, because he says they’ll judge him,” she said.

Comer said she expects to be eligible for parole after serving 24 months of the sentence. She said she also will be required to complete a sex offender treatment program that takes from 12 to 18 months. Comer has been in jail for the 16 months since her arrest.

Comer also said since her arrest her ex-husband has not permitted her to see her 5-year-old son, who is autistic.

Prosecutor Jesse Stockton declined to comment, pending Comer’s formal sentencing, scheduled for June 20.

Tompkinsville, in rural southern Kentucky, sits along a two-lane highway about 100 miles northeast of Nashville, Tenn.
