I stopped at a three way and put it into gear and it didn't move. The clutch works cause when I was being towed I could break without cutting out the engine (called a stall). None of the gears seem to be there at all. One guy said some thing has come loose.
If you're lucky it's just your links. They do wear out. R500 max and you're up and running. That's hoping.
It could also be the driver. It's slightly more expensive to replace the driver, but it can make the car last much longer.

True, check your manufacturers site for the latest updated driver.

Then i doubt it was the gears. you'd hear a horrible crunching sound that any one can recognise with pain as expensive damage.

Drive shaft could have failed. the fact that ingaging your clutch stalls your car, is very confusing :?

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.

doo_much, Perhaps they do. but they bought me a really cheap WC kit a while back and i never used it. partly because i subsequently discovered how rubbish it was. I finally convinced my dad that the only decent part was the radiator.

but also because if it leaks and i fry something, my mom does not want to foot the bill. Well i don't intend to fry anything, and i have enough money to be able to replace almost everything in it.

Erm... knowing his internal IP won't help you at all if you have malicious intentions; you'd be more interested in the external IP address.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, read up on IP address allocations and NAT.
