You wouldn't be able to in any case. I'm sure that T11 would be bought with Valor Points, and would only be available through Justice Points in 4.1

Well there are other gear as well you need to be able to even start doing HC's effectively. On MMO-Champion there are lists of gear you can buy for use at lvl85 and most of them are around the iLVL300 mark.

Try the lvl346 and lvl352 mark. I wont be surprised if we see lvl460 gear at the end of cataclysm. But the difference between lvl200 and lvl264 or even 277 is enormous. Like the jump from lvl1 to lvl60 in full AQ40 gear.

With the digital download Blizzard is hitting us for approx R300 when in stores it is about R260 and that comes with box and DVD's etc. :(
Anyone know how big the digital download will be? I'm thinking about going for the download because I live out in the sticks and the game will take at least 3-5 days to reach me from when they dispatch it (I'm assuming 7th?)

If you have uncapped then just download and dont give a rats bottom. I think it should come down to 5gb or so since the major stuff has already been patched.

Anyone play on US realms and know where I can pre-order a US copy of cata? I'm assuming Cata comes in EU and US versions, but most online stores don't seem to specify which version they sell (most of them are prob EU)

As far as I know the only difference is the server file. You should be able to install the EU version and change the realmlist to US.

I always had to do the digital download route when I still played on US. (You're welcome to bring your machine over to my place to do that, by the way.)

Yeah I have had to download expacs in the past too, it was far from ideal :( So I take it you will be downloading the EU version then!

I appreciate the offer man, I may have to take you up on it, gotta find some way to get Cata!! Are you on uncapped?

Weee WoW is 6 years old :)
I started playing just over 4 years ago.
36 months x R130 (average price per month..?) = R4680

Wouldn't that be 48 months?

I started playing WoW about 3 years ago. I remember that Isle of Quel'Danas was already out. I got to level 55 a month or to after LK was released, so I played a DK for a while. Didn't really like it much, so I kept to my Druid. I think I must have created, played for a bit and then deleted about 20 DK's since then. The only thing I enjoy about them is the starter quests.

Blizzard is skimpy on the pet this year. They could have given us something more than just a letter.

The good and bad about the new launcher. You get a patch. And you dont know what it does. Its just there, 250mb big with no notes or anything.

It's not a new patch. It's just redownloading some things to fix a few things, like purple blocks.

I like the idea of hotfixes. I just like it when out of the blue a 10mb+ patch hits you. Because you dont know if its on the fritz or if there really is a patch.

I think I need 20 for the 100 mounts. But I am not in northrend anymore. Will get those once I am done.

I think this time around I will be pvping again. Bring back the pvp rankings! I was 500 on Frostwolf back in the day.

Can't wait.

What are you guys planning to do first?
Push your way to 85 quickly?
Create a new goblin/worgen first?
Try out Archeology?

I'm going to push to 85. Already doing dailies. Gonna hand in 25 icecrown dailies. It is about 500k xp. Should be a nice boost. Then I'll create my Worgen.
