AILD are an awesome band, the 96hours music video got me into them. An Ocean Between Us is a top notch album. Lamb of God is my favourite metal band next to Deftones. I listen to them everyday, and my playlist consists of all there albums. Aw, the new Devil Driver is rad aswell! Forgot aboot that one.

Demon Hunter has a new album out. Im not a fan, their previous albums where mediocre, then they made an absolute train wreck with "triptych". Storm the gates of hell was a step in the right direction... The new one, The world is a thorn, is SICK. Its almost like a hybrid between neu-metal and death metal, and then smashed together with slipknot. Only small traced of the previous albums can be found, pretty much only because you can recognize the vocals. GET IT!!!!

Also, they are in negotiations to make a trip down to SA later this year for faithfest 2010. Ive heard they are pretty sick live, so that coupled with the new material should make for a crazy mosh party!!





Then, in September/October, my all time favorite band, Becoming the Archetype, is coming to SA!!!! Im going to lose my mind!!!!

I feel like this album changed my life!

Anyway, Anthro linked me to an artist called Dead By April. Anyone ever heard of these guys? I'm really enjoying them. I still can't get over the newest The Devil Wears Prada album either. I've had it for ages, and it just gets better and better.

I've also been listening to Mute Math lately. I know it's not really heavy, but it's oh so good!

Lastly, I can't WAIT for Confide's new album launching in Autumn. Man... I absolutely cannot wait.

Confide is pretty awesome dude, but I'm super Amped for the new AILD album launching on the 11th of May , they're my Favourite Metalcore band by far

Lets see....Got the new Bullet album - Fever and it's meh....one or two cool tracks but the rest just sounds the same, pity as I was hoping for something better than their previous album. Got the New Godsmack Album - The Oracle, and sadly its nothing ground breaking. Maybe a track or two stand out, but it too, sounds the same. Maybe I need to listen to it more. Now, I also got the new Deftones album - Diamond Eyes...and OMG...it is truly amazing...I have been listening to it non stop and I can't get enough of it. It is something different but at the same time has their old sound. And it works very well....do yourself a favour and go buy a copy....NOW! You won't be disappointed.

Hells Yes! Deftones FTW! What's your fav track? For me it's You've seen the Butcher and every other song lol.
