Right.

My friends decided that I needed to start watching anime, so they sent some Azumanga Daioh and Elfen Lied my way. I started watching Azumanga Daioh (the first four episodes).

Funniest. Thing. Ever.

I'm going to finish that, and then move on to Elfen Lied (which I hear is pretty intense).

Just a warning Ron, Elfen Lied contains a lot of nudity and blood (especially in the first few minutes). Just make sure you're not watching it with somebody that might get the wrong thoughts.

I got quite a few weird stares when I watched it at a small lan.

definitely a recommendation Elfen, but as endev mentioned, it is bit intense so do watch out when watching it...

WHAT.... Elfen Lied is intense?
NONSENSE!!!~

Its just 100% PURE AWSOMENESS!!!~ 8) 8)

There isnt much nudity in it either...you like see her breasts for a few seconds every now and then and thats kinda it...the violence, yeh...there is a fair ammount...but it sets the mood for you and really gets you into it IMO

Apparently Azumanga Daioh gets a bit boring towards the end (Quite a few anime series do actually :( ) Well, at least my friends struggled to finish the last few eps...hehe :P

I saw Kung-Fu Panda a while ago, rather good movie...I enjoyed it :P hehe

I saw Hancock this afternoon.

Surprisingly enjoyable!

If Will Smith keeps entertaining me like this I may soon turn into one of those brain dead morans who choose which movie to watch based solely in who the star of the film is.

It probably might still be. Considering it's only opening this Friday :dontknow:

I also watched Hancock on Saturday.

Only thing I don't really like is the name 'Hancock', I just think they coulda came up with something better.

Overall, the movie was quite enjoyable, has a lot of surprising twists which leave you hanging at the edge of your seat. Loved it.

My only beef was with the guy sitting a few seats away from me. He kept talking to the damn movie. Kinda like some comentating some parts. Like he was watching it on his 54cm LG at home or something. Mofo!

Nearly ruined the whole thing for me, till somebody more pissed off than me did something about it.
:D

apart from that... killa movie!

I watched Wall-E last night.
It's not really my type of movie, but I did enjoy it. Pixar really outdid themselves with it. The people that like that type of movies will probably think it's one of the best ever made.

And I really hope humans don't turn out that way.

I watched 1408 or Room 1408 or something last night, with John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson (small part).

The movie was pretty intense in the beginning, the horror seemed to lack punch toward the end though.

All in all I enjoyes it, though I don't enjoy movies where children are made to play psychologically intense roles like that (ala the Ring, F.E.A.R etc.)

I would recommend it.

Finished Ghost Hound.

Interesting, though it lost the plot late in the show.

Finished Toshokan Sensou. It was a fun watch actually, albeit a bit short.

Finished Mnemosyne no Musume-tachi. It was... different, and slightly disturbing here and there. Not for you youngsters. Though not too bad, but not too good either.

Don't trust AniDB's ratings anymore. Most shows are way overrated.

Half way through Samurai 7.

I never thought that I wouldn't want this anime to end. I saw five minutes of it on Animax and thought that it wasn't for me. I'm glad that I was mistaken.

Wall.E - Animation was excellent and storyline really interesting. Loved this movie to bits 9/10 for me.

Kung Fu Panda - Animation was good but storyline was hard to follow eventually leading to yawning and boredom, didn't really enjoy it. 5/10

Last night’s episode of CSI Las Vegas was really good; I mean any episode with Lady Heather is bound to be awesome.

I caught an episode of Southpark a few weeks ago, in this episode Stan’s dad Randy was on this Wheel of Fortune type show. He had to supply the missing letter in order to win a million dollars.
The letters uncovered so far were N_ggers
The clue they gave him was “People who annoy you”
I know this looks offensive but the answer was quite simple, if you just ignore the first word that comes to mind.
