LED Fan VS Vacuum Cleaner

Post by cYcLIc »

Anyone tried to put a vacuum cleaner on an led fan and spin the fins using the suction? The spinning actually turns the led's on. I was cleaning the fans of dust.

Just thought I'd share.

You should see what a compressor does to a fan ;)

It blows the fan so fast that it sounds like the fan is screaming!

If you get hold of an old floppy drive and strip it, there is a funny conical thing that fits into the middle of the floppy disk. It usually has flexible tines on it. Take this entire module and clamp it down so that the conical part is free to spin. Now blast this with compressed air. It also screams.
