Lancelot that is stunning. I think I need to be there one morning at sunrise. Hope I can wake that early. Where abouts is it? Far from CT?

Simmy - thank you. Now I have an idea where everything is. Considering I am on my own and I don't really get along with that female in my GPS - this will help greatly. I just love hearing her say "recalculating"
I am working in the Shell building - which seems to be rather central.
Can't wait.

No problem! I feel Cape Town is to small for a GPS
hehehehe
Even better! Now sporting the Shell building.

If you want the KML file with all of these places:

No, it is right next to Cape town City. Maybe 10 k's toward Blaauberg, Tableview.

Nah, it's just a little guesthouse in Fish Hoek that I stay at whenever I'm on holiday in your part of the world.

Ah thanks guys - I never thought of Google Earth as a source - will get onto it right now.
@Lancelot - that is a huge center that
I have worked in the office building next to the apartments. Well let us say I know the pub really well
So you free on Thursday? Well I won't be long with Candice as once the sun is gone - not much use taking shots. What time and where would you like to get together? No one else is answering that question. I can meet some on Thurs 24th and some on Fri 25th.

Wow if I am clever - I can catch the sun rising over the ocean and setting over the ocean. Might do that on the Friday or Sat morning.
On Google Earth I see a long pier / jetty / piece of cement jutting out. Can I go out there?

Unfortunately, you won't get the sun rising over the ocean in Cape Town, even if you go to Muizenburg/Fish Hoek/Simon's Town. The sun rises over the mountains in the Somerset West area.
If you want to see the sun rising over the ocean, come and visit me again in Durban. Bring some Foundry.

I guess I will have to
Will make a plan for around Oct I think. (if not before - but no Foundry - too weak
)
I am going to Rustenburg on Monday and they have booked me into a fancy safari lodge. Can't wait - mountains and ocean and friends all in one week.

The weather has been alright, you should bring some warm clothing just incase. Today was sort of cold, there is this gentle wind/breeze now that always gives me the chills
I have to always be warm

Crap, Tribs, for me the 25th is out but I can show my face the 24th or 26th (26th bit sceptical, might be in Paarl).
