lol SLIP, this cold weather also getting to you?
I am also looking into getting me just one or 2 more dumbbell sets for home cause going to gym at 5 in the morning is a killer...
Looking at Makro myself... like their dumbbell sets cause they have those twist on end caps which will make the weights stay on, unlike the set I have now...

The gym fees is between 200 and 350 a month....
Ill rather by my own stuff....
It's better to gym at home, I am to lazy to get in my car and drive off to gym..
I wanted to get a treadmill but thats toooo expensive..
I picked up 4kg's since I stopped going to gym., so I need to convert the fat into muscle...

Don't buy that Trojan ***** you get at Game; maybe the 140kg Olympic weight set, but the other stuff is way to weak/flimsy for bodybuilding.
I have broken one of those adjustable benches with the leg extension things in half with only 80kg.
